Quantum Leap Your Success Principles are not good ideas. These are timeless principles used by successful men and women throughout history. I have studied these success principles for over 35 years and have applied them to my own life. The phenomenal level of success that I now enjoy is the result of applying these principles day in and day out since I began to learn them in 1988.
These principles and techniques have not only worked for me but they have also helped hundreds of my clients achieve breakthrough success in their careers, greater wealth in their finances, greater aliveness and joy in their relationships, and greater happiness and fulfillment in their lives.
Below is what you will learn: Quantum Leap Your Success Principles that successful people use today. These Principles can be applied to any area of your life to create the life you desire.
If you want to be successful, you have to take 100% responsibility for everything that you experience in your life. This includes the level of your achievements, the results you produce, the quality of your relationships, the state of your health and physical fitness, your income, your debts, your feelings—everything! This is not easy.
Put bluntly, the only way to have a powerful “present” is by advancing courageously toward a specific future. When you’re committed to a bigger future, your present becomes far less predictable. Rather than living within the confines of your narrow comfort zone, you begin embracing uncertainty. You begin stepping outside of your “known” world and begin approaching the world of your Future Self.
An accountability partner is a peer who helps you grow in your career or life by offering guidance and by holding you to your commitments. … An accountability partner can help you identify weaknesses in your business, career or life make plans to overcome them and hold you accountable for action
Reframing is a technique used to help create a different way of looking at a situation, person, or relationship by changing its meaning. Also referred to as cognitive reframing, it’s a strategy often used to help clients look at situations from a slightly different perspective.
Do you know how to set goals? How often do you achieve the large objectives that are really important to you? If you’re having trouble following through with your goal planning, you may be tempted to just stop trying. People say things like, “Maybe this is just it,” or “I should settle for what I have.”
But frequently what’s getting in the way of achievement is the actual goal. If your goal is to “lose weight,” how will you know when that goal is complete? When you’ve lost one pound? Five? Forty? Without a clear target, you’ll never hit your mark. That’s why it’s crucial to learn how to set goals that are clear, measurable and actionable.
We learn our belief systems as very little children, and then we move through life creating experiences to match our beliefs.
Your limiting decisions are hiding out in the areas where you’re producing results that you don’t want.
Your limiting decisions have shaped everything you do. They have prevented you from seeing opportunities and maybe even discouraged you from trying at all. Time to bring them out of hiding. Once you do that, you have choice.
Visualization is simply a mental rehearsal. You create images in your mind of having or doing whatever it is that you want. You then repeat these images over and over again, daily for about five minutes a day. In your five-minute practice, use your imagination to see yourself being successful in whatever goal you may have.
Affirmations are positive statements that can help you to challenge and overcome self-sabotaging and negative thoughts. When you repeat them often, and believe in them, you can start to make positive changes.
You might consider affirmations to be unrealistic “wishful thinking.” But try looking at positive affirmations this way: many of us do repetitive exercises to improve our physical health, and affirmations are like exercises for our mind and outlook. These positive mental repetitions can reprogram our thinking patterns so that, over time, we begin to think – and act – differently.
Knowing your purpose in life helps you live life with integrity. People who know their purpose in life know who they are, what they are, and why they are. And when you know yourself, it becomes easier to live a life that’s true to your core values
It’s not always easy to be confident in yourself, particularly if you’re naturally self-critical, or if other people put you down. But there are steps that you can take to increase and maintain your self-confidence.
Everyone has bad habits they want to break, but instead of scorning yourself for being helpless to break them, use the fundamentals of forming habits to your advantage.
Habits, good or bad, follow a typical three-step pattern. One way to describe this is as three Rs: reminder, routine, and reward. By breaking down the cycle of a bad habit, you can identify what triggers the routine and begin to address what really needs to change. This way you can establish a pattern for new and healthier habits.
A little bit of fear is normal. In fact, fear helps you instinctively protect yourself from harm. Your fear might help you to recognize when you’re about to do something dangerous, and it could help you to make a safer choice.
But, you might find yourself fearful of things that aren’t actually dangerous, like public speaking. Your fear of public speaking might prevent you from advancing in your career or participating in traditions like giving a toast at your best friend’s wedding. If you really want to go on a vacation to Europe, but your fear of flying gives you pause, you might feel like your fear is stopping you from living your dream. If you find that your fear holds you back or creates bigger problems in your life, facing your fear may help you learn to better cope with the fear and ultimately overcome it.
Common ways of facing your fears are evaluating the risks, creating an action plan, and being sure not to completely avoid your fears. However, you may need to first decide whether it’s necessary to face your fear if it is not part of your daily life.
When change happens, you can either cooperate with it and learn how to benefit from it, or you can resist it and eventually get run over by it. It’s your choice.
Don’t wish for things to get easier. Wish for you to get better. Change requires you to grow…to become more effective. Approach change with excitement and a commitment to investigate, learn and grow. Ask yourself, “What’s the potential benefit to me in this change?”
To be successful you have to change your responses to the people and the external events in your life. (The economy, clients, customers, food, accidents, failures, etc.)
Procrastination isn’t just a human problem. Newton’s First Law of Motion says that a body at rest will stay at rest until compelled to do otherwise. Dare we say it? The entire universe procrastinates.
So what does that mean for us procrastinators? Are we doomed to a lifetime of whiling away hours of absently watching 80s music videos on YouTube?
To summarize: if you want to stop procrastinating, look at the big picture, know it’s okay to be dazed and confused at the beginning, remember your worth goes beyond your achievements, and, most of all, know thyself. Work with your tendency to procrastinate as it is, not as you wish it to be.
Time management for Millennials is the ability to properly plan out and prioritize your schedule, to be both effective and efficient with your time and goals. In other words, optimize your life. That way you can get 110% out of life that others are “too busy” to experience.
Mindfulness for Millennials to reduce stress and anxiety, to quiet their minds, to deal with insomnia, and to develop a calmer approach to life.
Simply put, the Law of Attraction is the ability to attract into our lives whatever we are focusing on. … It is the Law of Attraction which uses the power of the mind to translate whatever is in our thoughts and materialize them into reality. In basic terms, all thoughts turn into things eventually.
